Privacy Policy

We only receive personal information that you choose to share with us:

• When you book a call: your name, email address and any answers you give in the booking form. Bookings are handled by Calendly.
• When you email us or message us on WhatsApp: your name, contact details and whatever you include in your message.
• When we work together: the details needed to deliver and invoice the project, such as billing and contact information.

This website does not use advertising or analytics cookies, and we don't track you across other sites. Like any website, our hosting provider (Vercel) automatically records basic technical information such as your IP address, browser type and the pages requested, to keep the site secure and running. We don't use this to identify you.

Some features are provided by other companies, which handle your information under their own privacy policies:

• Calendly, for booking calls. Its booking window only loads when you open it, and it may set its own cookies.
• WhatsApp (Meta), if you choose to message us there.
• Instagram (Meta), if you follow the link to our profile.
• Vercel, which hosts this website.

We use your information only to reply to your enquiry, schedule and hold calls, prepare proposals, deliver projects, send invoices and keep the records we're required to keep. We never sell your personal information or share it with anyone for marketing.

We keep enquiry and booking details for as long as needed to follow up with you. Project and billing records are kept for as long as the law requires for accounting and tax purposes. After that, we delete them.

You can ask us at any time to see, correct or delete the personal information we hold about you, or to stop contacting you. Email us at surfacestudio.agency@gmail.com and we'll respond within a reasonable time.

If we change how we handle your information, we'll update this page and the date at the top.
